Why we exist
The gap is the business.
Mid-market service businesses are held back by something almost nobody sells a fix for: the hours between a customer reaching out and someone being free to reply. Enterprise software assumes you have an operations team. Small-business tools assume you have time to configure them. Neither describes a business with six vans, three chairs or four agents.
So we do it the other way round. You tell us how work reaches you. We build the automation, connect it to the systems you already use, run it, and send you a page each month showing what it did. If your team has to open something new to make it work, we have built the wrong thing.
We work in three markets because they share a problem and a language: a plumber in Calgary, one in Brisbane and one in Denver lose the same job for the same reason. What differs is the privacy law, the phone regulation and the currency — and we handle those properly rather than pretending they are the same.
